A young mage, born prodigy and destined to be the vessel of both the Fire and Water Spirit's power, Hinomizu is only beginning his long journel in this world of heroes...

Transplanted from his own time and place, it seems the Spirit of Water's powers have taken on an alternate frozen form. Seeing as Hizu has to start his love over and relearn hsi abilities anew anyway, he has taken that change in stride.

Being suddenly four years younger, however, has him unsettled.

Hinomizu is a chance to play one of my own characters in some game, just for fun. He's based on a anime-styled universe I came up with years ago, and as his bio suggests, Hizu is supposed to have fire and water powers. Alas, City does not have a selection of water powers, so I took the next closest thing. It's also a chance for me to play an interesting set of powers together, instead of making a more common build like fire/fire or ice/ice.

He's supposed to be a skinny lowteen character, and I did what I could with the character generator and body scales, but his arms are still too beefy, considering. Just use your imagination.
