Slipstreaming... to move between thoughts. To take advantage of that time between one breath and the next. To move, as if in a blur, to overwhelm your foes and continue on as flowing water. Slip-stream takes advantage of those precise moments in time and as easily as most people breathe, using space and time to his full advantage to defeat opponents and protect his allies.

Just for fun... another scrapper. Since he draws his weapon from ... subspace... I figure it must be an energy blade. Or.. some such non-metal, super-accelerated particle-blade.

Anyway... after converting Slip over to a complete IO build I found I had 2 'free powers' and an amazing amount of extra slots to play around with . He has Teleport 6-slotted with both Teleport sets now, and Team Teleport. :P
