'With the Second Rikti Invasion upon our heels, we must rise up to the challenge to protect those important to us. The first Controller in our Tekk Line will readily seek out those in need and bring a new dynamic of Defense to group forays.'

Exarch again declined to comment about its loose Tekk in the Rogue Isles.

Created for another SuperGroup experiment. The idea is to have a bunch of Empathy Offenders, buffing eachother to the gills and blasting the crap out of things. I.. honestly cannot see myself playing an Emp Defender, ever. Ever, ever. So I made a Controller instead, with the idea that I'd buff the bejeezus out of my Singularity. Galac Tekk was my first IO toon from creation, and my first single-issue 50.
